Operation
 | The workpiece is brought to the press at the correct height in order to set an expander within the maximum cylinder ram of 60 mm. The workpiece is then adjusted and brought into position. The press control unit menu is used to select the expander type to be set. The actuating lever then lowers the cylinder with the attached setting plug on the expander. Triggering the working stroke requires a manual force introduction on the actuating lever of 30-50 N. In addition, safety two-hand operation is required, wich is fully automatic. Each expander type is set in a stroke exclusively. |
